Return & Refund

We hope you will be thrilled with your purchase but if you are not, we are happy to exchange or refund within 7 days from the date of receipt (excluding original delivery costs).

If you wish to send something back please email us at Support@hervaultldn.co.uk before doing so.

Please be aware that items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. We cannot exchange or refund damaged goods. Please pack jewellery in a well-padded container to avoid any damage in transit.

All returns must be sent to us with a copy of your order number and we recommend you obtain proof of postage, as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.

In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued to the same card that was used during initial payment. N.B. For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.

All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded, unless the item was originally faulty.

We do not refund gifts without a receipt but are happy to make an exchange.
