UK DELIVERY

 

Standard UK 48 Tracked Delivery – £2.99

Please allow one day processing time after placing your order. Once your order has been processed, an email will be sent out notifying you that your order has been shipping. Shipping is typically 2-3 days.

PLEASE NOTE - PRE ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 14 DAYS!

We cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. In the unlikely event of Royal Mail losing your order, they require 15 working days to investigate the missing item. After this period, if the item has indeed been lost, we will be only too happy to resend or refund your order. Royal Mail may contact you by post to confirm our claim.

Next Day UK Delivery (Order by 12pm)

Monday-Thursday £5, Friday (for Saturday delivery) £8.

Gift purchasing

If you are buying a gift, we will be pleased to send it directly to the recipient’s home address. If you opt in for gift wrapping we pop it in a black gift box tied beautifully with a ribbon.
